All Real Estate commissions are negotiable but, the lower the commission the less likely you are to get another agency to help sell your home. Our Goal at Red Box Realty is to get your home sold as quickly as possible with getting you the most money possible. Typically the agent listing the property is not necessarily the agent that will be selling your home.
Sometimes agents are willing to work for less, however, you may not get as quality of service with those agents.
We will always show homes that best fit the buyer's needs and wants!
On the seller side, keeping that in mind, we will work our hardest to make sure that your house is being shown no matter what real estate company has an interested client. We want your home to be shown as much as possible to get it sold!
Closing costs depends on if its a cash purchase vs obtaining a loan. Loans require fees such as origination, title search, appraisals, etc. Some of these are also needed for cash however, cash purchases usually result in much lower closing costs.
