We are locally owned and operated by a Father/Daughter Real Estate Duo. Our Principal Broker, Mike has many years of experience in the industry and is passionate about helping other agents grow their business. Mike's daughter, Brandi is a recent graduate of University of Arkansas with a background in finance and real estate as well as a licensed Realtor®. With Brandi's skill set and Mike's industry background, this duo is the hometown support you need to succeed. 

Red Box Realty's goal is to grow our footprint within the state and beyond. The more agents we have, the more offices we will open. It's our goal to provide you, the agent with the necessary tools and resources to thrive within the industry.  

We offer a competitive split of 80/20 no matter if you are a newly licensed agent or if you are a seasoned agent with many years in the industry. 

*No! The only fee we currently have will be implemented January 2025 and will be $100 annually for our E&O Insurance policy. 

We offer access to marketing templates, open house resources, and one on one training sessions along with real time support from our dedicated staff. Our technology team can assist with setting up social media, running ads, and handling any tech issues that may arise. Transaction management services can be obtained independently through our office admin. 

Our staff will assist you with the transfer/new agent paperwork for the state commission and the local board. Once that is complete, you will get access to our resources and learn how our office operates. You will also meet with office admin to discuss your real estate goals and further explore how we can help you grow your business. 

Red Box Realty is a member of several local Chamber of Commerce', and the local Home Builders Association, as well as supports many community events throughout the year. Attending these events on behalf of the company provides great opportunities to grow your sphere, gain clients and make contacts with people in complimentary industries. 

Red Box Realty prides itself on being members of the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors and the Cooperative Arkansas Realtors MLS. This access provides our agents with MLS access covering most of the State of Arkansas. This allows you to have the ability to list and sell property all over the state.
